Question 1

Will the laptop stand fit a 17-inch laptop?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our aluminium laptop stand takes laptops from 10 to 17.3 inches, up to 8 kg. Its silicone pads hold your laptop in place and protect the casing from scratches.

Question 2

Do I need a separate keyboard and mouse with a laptop stand?

Accepted Answer

We recommend it: once the screen is at eye level, the built-in keyboard sits too high. Pair the stand with an external keyboard and a mouse, such as our wireless vertical mouse, so you can keep your elbows close to your body.

Question 3

Does the vertical mouse work with a Mac?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It works without drivers on Windows, macOS and Linux via its 2.4 GHz USB receiver. If your computer only has USB-C ports, you will need a simple USB-C to USB-A adapter. It is designed for right-handed users.

Question 4

Can I get an invoice for my business?

Accepted Answer

Yes, an invoice comes with every order. If you need specific details on it, such as a company name or VAT number, just drop our support team an email.

Question 5

How long does delivery take, and can I return an item?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time depends on your country: the latest delivery date is shown in your cart before payment and in the confirmation email, and you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on orders from €49. You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, using the “Withdraw from the contract here” link at the bottom of every page.
